What we collect
If you fill in our quote form we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a few words about the deck you have in mind. We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. There are no accounts or logins on this site.
Data protection
To deal with your enquiry, your details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on your request (steps you ask us to take before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after we last hear from you and then deleted.
The quote form
The form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel stores and processes enquiries for us as our data processor, so your details may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms. When it loads, the form receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. It sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) and some local storage so it works and can record which page you enquired from, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and keep the site secure. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how it is used or ask us to stop. Write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the registered office above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
